Major/Minor:

I’m a psychology major, and I’m double minoring in linguistics and Italian.

Hometown:

University Park, Maryland (a suburb of Washington, D.C.)

What is your favorite photo and why?

I was in Latin in high school, and in Latin 3 we put on a play reenacting the death of Caesar. Each year the class chose a theme, and we picked video game characters. Cassius, my character, was supposed to be Sonic the Hedgehog. As part of my costume, people thought it would be a good idea to try to gel my hair so it would stick out like Sonic’s. We did a test run of this during class one day. It didn’t work, and it felt like I had a pound of bricks on my head the rest of the school day (luckily, it came out pretty easily later). I ended up wearing a hat that looked like Sonic’s head for the actual play.

What is your go to 90's jam?

You’re a new crayon in a Crayola box, what color would you be and what would it be called?

I’d be a bright yellow, called “Walking on Sunshine.”

Spirit animal:

A squirrel, because I’m kind of neurotic but I’ll be nice to you if you give me food.

What are you involved in outside of PSP?

I’m in the Biological Sciences Scholars and the Psychology Research Mentorship Program (PRMP). For PRMP, I’m working in the Language Perception Laboratory in the Psychology Department.
